Rolled Tube Processing
The manufacturing process for spiral-wound tubes begins with feeding a precision-cut strip of paperboard into a rotating mandrel. Adhesive is applied to the edge, and as the mandrel spins, the material is wound into a tight, continuous tube with consistent structural integrity.

Labeling & Tube Cutting
The workflow of a semi-automatic labeling and tube winding machine is a highly integrated cycle. The operator first feeds the spiral-wound paper tubes into the labeling station, where the machine precisely applies custom graphics and cleanly cuts them to exact dimensions.

Precision Cleaning & QC
Every tube is subjected to a final cleaning regimen involving lint-free wiping and precision air-jets, effectively removing all manufacturing residues. This process validates the integrity of each unit, certifying them ready for food contact before global shipping.
