Design & Engineer
This is our core strength. We first draft a precise die-line to ensure structural stability. Then, we apply your branding, complete the graphic design, and create a 3D rendering so you can "see" the final product before production begins.
What we need from you:
• Brand guidelines (Logos, Fonts, Colors).
• Text copy and regulatory information.
Deliverables:
• Production-ready Die-line File.
• High-Fidelity 3D Digital Proof.
Prototyping & Verification
We refuse to manufacture blindly. We create a 1:1 physical blank sample (to test structure and fit) or a digital color proof (to confirm colors and artwork placement), shipped directly to you for a hands-on review.
What we need from you:
• Detailed review of the physical sample.
• Testing the sample with your actual product.
Deliverables:
• 1:1 Physical Prototype.
• Final Production Sign-off Sheet.
Manufacture & Delivery
Once approved, mass production begins. Our QC team executes strict color management and random quality checks. Upon completion, we arrange sea or air freight to deliver the finished goods securely to your facility.
What we need from you:
• Final delivery address and receiving contacts.
• Balance payment (if applicable).
